I bought this mustang from Rick Dytewski who has already registered it here. He painted it and put in a new engine. I buffed out the paint and cleaned it. I rebuilt the front suspension with new bushings and ball joints. I put on 2' lowered spindles and cut 1/2 wrap off the coils. I converted to 11' brakes. I put on a 1" front swaybar from a V8 car. For the rear I made 1 1/2" blocks, changed the 6 3/4" rear end for a 8". Swapped the gears for 3.55's and put a 3/4" swaybar. I changed the bolt pattern to 5 lug and bolted a set of 17X8 bullitt wheels on. I put on an Offenhauser intake and a header. I am going to put in a cam and eventually some 45 dcoe's. I have almost all of the stuff to put in a T 5 speed. Just need a pressure plate, disc and T.O. bearing. I have changed the interior to black on black. G.T. steering wheel and I have a pair of Prelude seats to get recovered to match. I swapped the fixed rear quarter windows for pop outs. Since this is a 4 banger car, I think I'll call it a 0.5 Cobra.
