1. Get the latest patch [here]
2. Create a folder named MII in your NFS III CarModel folder, by default it's:
C:\Program Files\Need for Speed III\GameData\CarModel\MII
3. Copy the car.viv file into this folder.
4. Enjoy! :-)

Note: For some unexplained reason the patch dosn't work on all computers.
